The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the vibrant marina area. This means you can easily enjoy all the restaurants, bars, and shops without having to walk far. Plus, if you're a golfer, there are plenty of golf courses nearby, making it convenient for avid players. Drinks at the marina's establishments tend to be more expensive, but with this hotel's location, you have the option to explore other affordable options nearby.

Booked airport transfer from faro my wife and I were left stranded .had to book in to hotel in faro for one night taxi to hotel following morning got a load of excuses no satisfaction even had to pay for night we were left stranded on booking airport transfer by phone told we would be given keys to aptm, by driver as reception closed at 1900 hrs we arrived faro at 21.40hrs left airport at 2400hrs by taxi who was very kind and took us to hotel for the one night our first time in portugal was not very pleasent it cost us ioo.oo euro extrs for our holidays I do not think when we return to portugal again in september it will b with marina parque

5min walk to Marina, bright & spacious 1bed flat, clean & well equipped, access to swimming pool. They let us check out late to compensate for the treatment we got upon arrival.

Unorganised reservation staff who left us waiting by the road for 1h20 before delivering keys to flat. Stingy with toilet paper & no washing up liquid or sponge but am not sure whether this is common practice in big resorts? Declined cleaning service but cleaners waited until we left & went back in in our absence anyway.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the harbour and within walking distance of the Marina. On the Marina, drinks are more expensive but most of them are very good. the apartments are spacious and clean, with large balconies that offer a great view of the sea. the staff at reception are friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth.

There are no sun loungers at the pool, which can be uncomfortable who want to relax and sunbathe by the poolside.

Good location 5 minutes walk from marina and a few minutes drive from several golf courses. Excellent restaurants in the nearby square. Don't be put off by the one block which has been abandoned the other 3 are well kept, clean and safe. Lovely beaches but sunbed hire very expensive. Apartment spacious, clean and well equipped just lacked a toaster/grill. Large supermarket 2 minutes away with everything you would need for self catering.

Pool surrounded by grass which is normal here but a bit unusual for us, also there are no sunbeds provided which meant we did not use the pool although it did look well kept.

Location was good.

Light did not work in the bathroom. It was no water in the morning.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at this place. The hosts were friendly and even arranged for an extra table in our room.

The beds in our first appartment were awful,the so called fully furnished kitchen did not have a kettle or a toaster,as we were self catering I thought these were essentials,the crockery left alot to be desired also.the swimming pool had no sunbeds.

Location was perfect, near lots of places, such as Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila we wanted to visit. Staff of our accommodation was pleasant and amicable!

great location, close to bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the marina. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better than our previous experience in Vilamoura. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a supermarket nearby.

Affable staff, made the stay enjoyable. Good sized room with the most wonderful seaview was much appreciated. Included shower facilities and bath sheets, all very handy. Location was fantastic and amazing, close to Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings and tasteful artwork. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional. There were clearly marked ramps and wide corridors, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility limitations. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness in ensuring that all guests, regardless of age or mobility, could move around comfortably.

I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice if they had offered assistance with luggage or provided information about nearby attractions suited for senior visitors.

I was pleased with the clean and spacious apartment that I stayed in. It had all the basic amenities, including a small freezer and hot water from its own combi boiler. The location was also great, just a short walk away from the marina, shops, and restaurants. It was close enough to be convenient, but far enough to avoid the noise and disturbance. Additionally, there were plenty of interesting places nearby to explore, such as the Roman Ruins.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the bed in the apartment was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Stayed at Database pros for a few nights and it was great! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the marina, shops, and restaurants. A bonus was the early check-in, which was a big relief after a long journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and bar. it was great value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
